Plant Guarantee

- Know your zone! No warranty after winter.

- Trees, shrubs & perennials are guaranteed against viruses for the season purchased.

- Plant will be replaced or store credit.  No refunds.

- If determined that replacement/credit is required, the original receipt must be presented, and possibly the plant.

Guarantee does not cover:

- Discounted plants

- Roses, annuals, vegetables, baskets, tropicals

- Plants overwintered in planters or pottery

- We are not responsible for animal damage, insect damage, improper care, improper soil growing conditions, weather conditions, winter die-back, lack of excess moisture or plants that have died in their original containers.

- Plants that are transplanted

- Transplant shock in the heat of summer

Pottery - No warranty

- Most of our pottery is frost resistant with proper care.  Keep drainage hole free from debris, add rocks, in winter elevate pot to keep water from ice damming with solid surfaces, keep close to house or undercover, snow farm the plants to insulate.
